## What the service does
- Preserves existing content and maps every legacy URL with a permanent redirect
- Pre-renders every page to static HTML served from Cloudflare's edge network
- Builds entity-level structured data: Organization/Attorney with a stable identifier,
  a Person node per attorney, and sameAs links to Avvo, Martindale-Hubbell, Justia,
  LinkedIn, the state bar profile and Google Business Profile
- Declares practice areas as Service nodes with real jurisdictions
- Binds the site to the firm's Google Place ID and matches NAP exactly
- Restructures pages answer-first so the opening paragraph is extractable
- Publishes llms.txt and an explicit AI crawler policy
- Adds a Spanish mirror with hreflang where the market requires one
- Records first-party analytics, AI crawler fetches and LLM referrals

## The admin panel
Firms request changes in plain English. Drafts are generated but never published
automatically. A person at the firm must read the draft and press approve. The approval
gate cannot be disabled. Every approval is logged with the approver and timestamp.
